IEDEA has served as Strategic Partner to Dubai Cares, a UAE based global philanthropic organization dedicated to breaking the cycle of poverty through education. Established in 2007 by H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai. Dubai Cares has launched education programs benefiting over 116 million individuals across 60 developing countries. The organization focuses on early childhood development, access to quality primary and secondary education, technical and vocational training, and education in emergencies. Aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 4, Dubai Cares emphasizes inclusive and equitable quality education and lifelong learning opportunities for all. Its integrated approach includes school health and nutrition, water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) in schools, and teacher training, ensuring holistic support for learners. Through strategic partnerships and community engagement, Dubai Cares continues to empower children and youth globally, fostering sustainable development and positive societal change.
